Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

The Metra Living Voids Team is a consistently high performing team, turning voids around in an average of 2 weeks. Reporting to the Voids Team Manager, this is a great team to be part of, consisting of 2 co-ordinators and 4 supervisors. We’re currently looking for someone who has a great work ethic and the desire to help us continue to deliver a high standard of service to stakeholders.

Your Impact in the Role:
- Coordinating all aspects of the voids process, from allocating works to contractors to monitoring progress through to completion.
- Using a variety of systems to track and update voids, ensuring accurate information and smooth workflow at every stage.
- Helping maintain our strong performance standards, contributing to our average two‑week turnaround time.
- Working closely with Co‑ordinators, Supervisors, contractors, and internal teams to keep communication clear and proactive.
- Ensuring all voids are completed within agreed timeframes, following policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting a consistently high-performing team by bringing strong organisation, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service.
- Delivering a positive experience for residents and stakeholders through timely, high-quality void management
What you'll bring:
· Excellent organisation and planning skills
· Excellent attention to detail as you will be responsible for the compliance documentation
· Relevant experience in maintenance, PRS specifically would be desirable
· Experience working in a fast paced environment communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders
· Proficient use of Microsoft packages and knowledge of bespoke systems
