Contract Type: 1 x Permanent & 1x FTC (6 months)

Salary starting from £37,451 annum plus commission & £1,300 Essential Car User Allowance* dependant on experience

Grade: 7

Reporting Office: Stratford, London

Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office (hybrid working)

Metra Living’s Private Rented Sector (PRS) portfolio is one of the largest in the capital, offering high‑quality rental homes in well‑connected locations across London. Our focus is simple: delivering excellent homes and exceptional service for every resident.

We’re now looking for experienced Property Managers to join our driven PRS team. You’ll not only share our values — you’ll live them. We’re seeking committed, customer‑focused individuals who are ready to go the extra mile and bring fresh energy to our established teams.

This is a fast‑paced and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll work with a diverse range of residents, using your motivation, problem‑solving skills, and determination to thrive in a target‑driven environment.

You’ll be part of one of our dedicated Property Management Teams, reporting to a Property Management Team Manager and contributing directly to our high‑performing service.

Your impact in the role:

  • Supporting the management function in maximising rental returns and minimising tenancy 'void' periods
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high property standards are achieved, supporting organisational targets and objectives
  • Ensuring the property portfolio and associated activities are delivered in accordance with legislative requirements and ensuring compliance across the operation
  • Providing excellent customer service to a demanding client base and maintaining relevant records and systems
  • Working alongside various internal teams, including Lettings and maintenance to ensure a positive customer journey.
  • Ensuring any rental arrears are minimised and managed correctly.

What you'll bring:

  • Property management experience in the private rented sector
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills, with the ability to work as part of a dynamic team and respond positively to challenges
  • Track record of working with and building positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven track record in delivering on targets and deadlines within a demanding customer focused commercial environment
  • Strong organisation skills to manage a varied workload
  • Ability to problem solve
  • An awareness of budgetary and financial risk in respect of the residential market place
  • Experience of using MS Office Suite.
