
Admin Assistant
To provide efficient administrative and clerical support to the school, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office while promoting and supporting the Catholic ethos, values, and mission of the school.
Your duties will include:
- Process payments, invoices, and orders in accordance with school procedures.
- Support the collection and recording of school meal payments, trips, and other school-related income.
- Assist in maintaining financial records and budgets where required.
- Assist with attendance reporting and first-day absence procedures.
- Coordinate supply orders and maintain office stock levels.
- Support the administration of school trips, educational visits, and extracurricular activities.
- Provide administrative support for school inspections and audits.
- Support and promote the Catholic mission, values, and ethos of the school.
- Demonstrate respect, compassion, integrity, and inclusivity in all interactions.
- Contribute positively to the spiritual and community life of the school where
