Office Administrator and Midday Supervisor
Administrator [Level 2]: 32.5 hours per week / Monday – Friday / 46 weeks per year
Pay Band E / SCP 7-11 / £26,403- £28,142 pro rata, per annum
Actual Salary: £21,086 - £22,475 per annum
plus
Midday Supervisor: 4.25 hours per week / Monday – Friday / 46 weeks per year
Pay Band B / SCP 2 - £24,413 pro rata, per annum
Actual Salary: £2,550 per annum
Actual Total Salary: £23,636 - £25,025 per annum
To commence December 2025, initially on a 12-month contract with a view to be permanent.
The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed administrator to join our school administrative team. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team of staff, committed to working within the core values of the school and our Mission Statement ‘Life in all its fullness through learning and love’
You will need to have proven experience of working within a administration team and be able to demonstrate the capacity to sustain and develop the current systems in our very busy reception area.
Key areas of responsibility will be:
- Whole school administration, including attendance
- Reception duties
- Pupil data
- Administration of School Meals
- General reception duties
Midday Supervisors will be responsible to care for the children during the lunchtime break and to prepare, provide and oversee suitable activities at this time.
