Knowsley Council host the Regional Adoption Agency, Adoption in Merseyside, which comprises of Knowsley, Wirral, Sefton and Liverpool Adoption agencies.

We’re looking for a qualified social worker with experience of adoption, particularly adoption support, who can deliver support for adoptive families with complex needs.

You will be supporting families from across the Merseyside region and will receive a car allowance. The role involves hybrid working with the opportunity to work from different bases across the region if required.

If you have the skills and experience in assessing adoptive families’ support needs, supporting adoptive families and using the ASGSF to make applications for therapeutic support, we’d be interested in hearing from you.
