    About the role

    Empowering, educating and supporting our adult social care providers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to fulfil their roles to the highest standards.

    Additional information

    Applicants will need to demonstrate a working knowledge and experience in adult social care, with the ability to connect and engage with a diverse audience, as well as being able to assess, understand and respond to the learning needs of groups being taught.

    Previous experience of direct working within adult social care, including social work or related services, or learning and development in the Adult Social Care/Social Work Sector.

    Ideally, you will have experience delivering training within adult social care environments. You will need to be able to translate your knowledge, current legislative and policy guidance into engaging, interactive training sessions for workers in adult social care teams.

    We are looking for an individual who is suitably experienced and qualified to develop and deliver training in subjects such as:

    • Person-Centred Working
    • Safeguarding
    • Communication
    • Dignity
    • Infection Control

    You'll possess a recognised learning and development qualification, e.g. Level 3 Award in Education and Training.


    This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, at our cost.
