Join our Adult Safeguarding Team as an Advanced Social Work Lead and become part of a supportive leadership team shaping high-quality safeguarding practice across Swindon. • Builds strong relationships with colleagues, partners and communities, working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Champions strengths-based, person-centred practice and is committed to continuous improvement, innovation and excellent outcomes for adults with care and support needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence practice, support the development of others and make a lasting difference to the lives of people and communities across Swindon.

So, you’ll be joining us at an exciting time on our journey. We’ll look to you to share your knowledge, influence decisions and drive real, positive change. With your contributions, we’ll achieve our vision of a prosperous, revitalised Swindon together. And you’ll be proud to say it was made better with you.
