
Advisory Teacher
We are recruiting an Advisory Teacher at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization.
We pay an attractive salary of £51,125 - £55,520 (plus 3 spa points) and offer access to training and development opportunities.
Provide professional advice, guidance and support to schools, families and partners in relation to the additional learning needs (ALN) of individuals or groups.
Support staff with the early identification, assessment and planning for learners with ALN.
Provide support at a whole school, group and individual level to review provision and support development of learning for children with ALN.
Promote person-centred practice. Promote the inclusive ethos of the Local Authority.
For the role, we ask that you have:
- A relevant Level 6 (Degree) qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
- The ability to identify key areas of development and set appropriate targets.
- A wide range of teaching experience linked to vulnerable learners.
