Teamwork is essential, you’ll succeed by supporting others, sharing responsibility and pulling together to deliver great outcomes for customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working within housing policy, legislation and nomination agreements
  • Liaising regularly with contractors during on-site office days to support timely turnaround of empty homes
  • Communicating clearly, professionally and sensitively with residents, including in complex or vulnerable situations

  • Comfortable working with residents from diverse backgrounds, including vulnerable groups or those transitioning from supported housing
  • A clear understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Good Excel and IT skills, with confidence using data, spreadsheets and systems
  • A strong team ethos — someone who supports colleagues, collaborates effectively and takes shared accountability

Working arrangements (please read carefully)

This role is based at our Houghton Regis office and requires a structured onsite presence:

  • First 8 weeks: Full-time onsite, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
