As part of the wider Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS) team, this role sits within the Product and Stakeholder Engagement function and will work closely with the team to help shape and deliver the newly announced National Remediation Database (NRD).

This is an important role in the ongoing development of the NRD, helping to strengthen key stakeholder relationships across the remediation sector. You will work alongside the Senior Manager and Manager within the NRD project to engage with a wide range of partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and supporting positive outcomes.

Joining an experienced and collaborative team, you will contribute to meaningful change and help improve how the sector works together to accelerate building remediation. You will support the delivery of the National Remediation Database project plan, helping to ensure key milestones are achieved, dependencies and risks are managed, and resources are aligned to deliver successful outcomes.



Job description

As an Analyst within CSS, you will play an important role in supporting a collaborative and inclusive team culture, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. You will help gather, analyse and share stakeholder insight and feedback to support continuous service improvement, contributing to CSS's commitment to delivering a high-quality service to customers and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and innovative individual to join the CSS team and make a meaningful contribution to building safety outcomes. You will support the day-to-day delivery of stakeholder engagement activities, help build and maintain effective relationships across the sector, and contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of the NRD. Through your work, you will help identify opportunities for improvement, support collaboration, and contribute to the successful delivery of key CSS objectives.

Person specification

You will be a resilient and confident individual with strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to build effective working relationships across a range of organisations. You will be comfortable working with colleagues and stakeholders to support the delivery of shared objectives and contribute positively to change initiatives and new ways of working.

You will be an effective communicator and relationship builder, capable of developing trusted working relationships and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. You will have a proactive approach to gathering feedback, sharing insights and supporting continuous improvement activities, helping to ensure positive outcomes across the remediation sector.

We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, curiosity and a strong commitment to delivering excellent stakeholder engagement. You will be passionate about the CSS mission and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to improving building safety outcomes.

As a member of the CSS team, you will develop your knowledge of the remediation sector and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Working collaboratively across teams, you will support the delivery of key building safety initiatives, contribute to the successful adoption of the NRD, and help drive positive outcomes for customers and partners.
