Salary: £27,081 per annum

Reporting Office: Manchester, Old Trafford

Introduction:

The new homes marketing team works across L&Q’s sale and rental tenures to promote our homes for sale and rent to potential customers and deliver quality, educated leads for our sales team. This ensures we can meet our ambitious sales targets. The team consists of marketing, PR and digital colleagues.

Overview of the role:

This is an ideal role for an individual looking to start a career in marketing in a company with high profile residential developments. For the successful candidate there will be lots of opportunities to progress your career in marketing.

You will provide administrative support to the marketing team in order to implement effective and efficient marketing plans and campaigns for the sales sites. You will act as the first point of contact for internal customers, external suppliers and stakeholders.

The role will be varied and include managing email accounts, raising purchase orders, processing invoices and updating IT systems where necessary. You will collate on and off-line marketing collateral including sales brochures, digital placements, imagery, media and PR coordination for each development.

A large part of the role will also include keeping our website and property portals up to date with accurate data and information each week and in line with guidelines as well as compiling weekly email marketing to nurture the existing lead database.

You will contribute to marketing strategies and creative briefs through regular competitive analysis producing reports where required. You will also collate local information for prospective buyers to help our wider vision of improving the customer experience and journey.

You will also co-ordinate the creative pitches for branding, websites, video content, signage, interior design etc as required for our wide range of developments. When we’re close to launching a new build development, you will assist the Marketing Manager with ensuring the sales team are well-equipped with everything they need to run a sales office.

What you'll bring:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Capability to undertake accurate and efficient office processes
  • Computer literate with good proven competency in MS Office (CMS systems, email marketing platforms, CRM systems and Photoshop is desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
  • Proactive with strong initiative
  • Strong, effective communication with all internal and external parties

Apprenticeship entry requirements: A minimum of 5 GCES grade 4 to 9 including Maths and English.
