We’re looking for a skilled and committed Approved Mental Health Professional to join our Adult Mental Health Team, working alongside social workers, social care officers, and health professionals to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred interventions.

What You’ll Do
- Undertake Mental Health Act assessments and coordinate applications for admission
- Provide expert advice on mental health legislation and best practice
- Work closely with individuals, families, and multi-agency partners to ensure safe, proportionate interventions
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
- Promote recovery-focused, rights-based practice
- Approved Mental Health Professional status and Social Work England registration
- Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Care Act
- Experience in complex case management and multi-agency working
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care
