RESOURCE BASE TEACHER – ASC PROVISION

Salary: M1 £34,069 – UPS3 £52,835 plus SEN Allowance from £2,885 per annum

Permanent | Full Time

Kingsway Primary Academy is seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our growing ASC Resource Provision. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist setting whilst remaining part of a thriving and inclusive mainstream primary school community.

About the Role

• Deliver high-quality teaching for pupils with ASC.
• Create a calm, structured and engaging learning environment.
• Plan and adapt learning to meet individual needs and EHCP outcomes.
• Work closely with the SENCo, specialist staff, families and external professionals.
• Lead and direct teaching assistants within the provision.
• Support communication, emotional regulation, independence and personal development.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching primary-aged children, including pupils with SEND.
• Has a strong understanding of autism and inclusive practice.
• Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Is committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.
