
Asset Data Lead
Summary
What you'll do
As Asset Data Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the integrity of our asset data systems. You'll lead on designing data models, managing energy and property data, and ensuring our systems support accurate, compliant, and strategic decision-making across the organisation.
How you'll do it:
- Lead the management of energy data, working towards full completeness (e.g. RdSAP scores or EPCs for every property).
- Provide technical advice on RdSAP and energy module configuration.
- Oversee NHG's Physical Hierarchy, ensuring accurate configuration of new developments and stock transfers, and advising on service charge apportionment.
- Maintain the Asset Management System(s), ensuring data integrity across internal and external systems.
- Manage and monitor data quality during property acceptance processes.
- Build relationships across directorates to align proposals with strategic objectives.
- Support system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and error analysis.
- Lead projects to introduce or enhance business uses of asset data systems.
- Design solutions based on business needs and ensure processes support high-quality data management

You bring strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Essential:
- Excellent data management and analytical skills, including identifying gaps, trends, and inconsistencies.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, usable reports.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks (e.g. Decent Homes, PAS 2035).
- Advanced IT and systems skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing asset data within housing or property-related systems.

Salary range
- £44,401 - £57,393 per year
