Salary: Starting from £47,181 to £51,356 per annum
(Starting salary within this range will depend on experience)

The Councils have significant holdings of community and commercial property and we want to maximise value and community benefit from these assets. Working across the Adur District and Worthing Borough administrative area provides a unique breadth of opportunity, as we own a very wide variety of property types. This includes high quality investment assets, retail assets, agricultural land, urban investment property, community and sports/leisure property, the seafronts and a range of eclectic assets.
We will support you in quickly gaining an understanding of parts of the portfolio that require attention, get ahead of Landlord and Tenant issues, work with us and our tenants on MEES compliance, property disposals and problem solving issues, whilst we will also ensure the correct training and onboarding is in place to allow you start with the Councils in the best way possible.
This role is within a high-performing professional team. We are therefore looking for someone with problem solving skills, communication skills, and who is calm under pressure. This is a collaborative team that values work being done in a timely fashion, whilst understanding and supporting personal growth and development. There is experienced support to assist you in the role and assist in getting to know our systems and processes. We have good data, good geographic software and organised record keeping to enable an easy start.
A valid driving licence and ability to travel very occasionally to our sites is required with predominant travel being across Adur and Worthing areas.
