If you have answered yes to both of these then we want, you to be our assistant centre manager.
We are looking for motivated, hardworking people to take on managing the day to day running of the building. You will be required to work shifts, covering annual leave and sickness to ensure continuity of our 2 sports centres.
You must have, a passion for delivering exceptional customer services a strong relationship with all service users and be able to motivate a team to get the best out of them inspiring them to improve performance through developing standards.
There will be a need to be flexible so that you can adapt to changes, reflect the needs of the borough and implement sport, leisure and fitness industry trends.
