Ashley High School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Assistant Headteacher with SENCO experience to join our supportive and innovative staff team. With excellent accommodation and specialist teaching areas, our school is committed to achieving high standards of personal and academic achievement for all our pupils.

The successful candidate will:

  • Take strategic responsibility for our basic skills curriculum, including literacy and numeracy
  • Lead on interventions and inclusion, ensuring every pupil gets the support they need
  • Play a key role in whole-school leadership, shaping the future of our school
  • Have significant experience and a proven track record in special education, particularly with pupils with social communication difficulties and ASC
