    Salary: Leadership Scale 5-9 £61,249 - £67,177 per annum

    Hours: Full Time or part time 0.6 minimum

    Contract: Permanent

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Assisting the Headteacher in the strategic leadership of the school and the implementation of policies.
    • Modelling the school’s core values of Aspiration, Identity and Integrity at all times.
    • Leading school improvement initiatives to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
    • Overseeing at least one key area of school development e.g. Inclusion, Assessment, Pastoral
    • Monitoring of standards including: teaching and learning, planning, work produced by children, learning environments, displays, behaviour, pupil progress paperwork etc.
    • Providing timely feedback to staff and also reporting to governors.
    • Ensuring high-quality education for all pupils, supporting their progress and achievement.
    • Contributing to school activities, such as INSET, staff meetings, and parental engagement events.
    • Line managing phase leaders and any other staff members designated by the Headteacher.
    • Any other roles and responsibilities decided by the Headteacher based on the needs of the school.
