Brampton Primary School (BPS), proudly rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher and Senior SENDCo to join our team from September 2026. As a thriving, inclusive and highly respected four-form entry school in the heart of East Ham, we are committed to excellence in education. The Headteacher and Governing Board are seeking to appoint a highly skilled professional who is dedicated to preparing children for the future. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCo)
  • Proven leadership of SEND at whole-school level, including strategic oversight and staff development
  • Significant experience working within a primary Resource Provision, particularly with pupils with PMLD and complex needs
  • Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, with experience of managing EHCPs, multi-agency working and ensuring high-quality inclusive provision
