About the Role
An Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning) is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring that high‑quality teaching, effective learning environments, and strong academic outcomes are consistently achieved across the whole school. The role is strategic, developmental, and operational, directly influencing classroom practice and whole‑school improvement.

Salary range
- £66,368 - £73,105 per year
