    We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in driving excellence across our school.

    As Assistant Principal, you will lead one or more of the school's strategic priorities, working collaboratively to raise standards, enhance teaching and learning, and ensure the well-being of both students and staff. You will model outstanding leadership, drive the school's values, and contribute to a culture where every student can achieve their very best.

    You will line manage a range of teaching and support staff, providing clear direction, professional guidance, and the opportunity for each member of your team to thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is deeply invested in education, committed to continuous improvement, and eager to shape the future of our school community.

    Based in Edmonton, North London, Lift Aylward was established in September 2010 and is an 11-18 learning community with over 1,000 students on roll, including a thriving sixth form. Lift Aylward is situated within a diverse and vibrant London community. Many of our students have English as an additional language, and a significant proportion are entitled to the Pupil Premium. The School is currently rated as GOOD by its last Ofsted inspection in July 2021.

    The role is due to commence January 2025. This is a full time, permanent position.
