We are seeking an outstanding and ambitious leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal (Inclusion). This is a high-impact role at the heart of school improvement, combining strategic leadership with responsibility for SEND provision, ensuring every child receives an excellent education, every day, in every classroom.

As SENDCo, you will provide clear, strategic leadership for SEND across the school. You will ensure provision is inclusive, effective, and compliant with statutory requirements, while removing barriers to learning and securing strong outcomes for all learners. Working closely with staff, families, external agencies, and the Resource Provision Lead, you will ensure students with additional needs can fully access a broad and ambitious curriculum. You will also evaluate the impact of the provision to drive continuous improvement.

As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school. You will lead on priority areas that drive academic excellence, strengthen teaching and learning, and promote the highest standards of behaviour, culture, and wellbeing for students and staff.

You will line manage staff across teaching and support teams, providing clear direction, challenge, and development to enable them to thrive and deliver their best.

This is a role for a skilled practitioner and proven leader who is motivated by inclusion, high standards, and making a tangible difference to young people's lives
