Title: Assistant Residential Market Analyst

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £32,007 to £39,000 per annum depending on experience

Grade: 5

Reporting Office: Stratford, London

Persona: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

About the Role:

You’ll play a key part in supporting the Market Intelligence team, providing in-depth research, market intelligence, and data analysis to inform management decisions and development opportunities. Your work will help shape pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and business plans, directly influencing our success.

Your Impact in the Role:

  • Conduct research and analyse market trends, sales performance, and development opportunities.
  • Collate and interpret datasets, producing high-quality written and verbal reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems, ensuring timely delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals and key performance indicators.

What you'll bring:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Diligent and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deliver reports to tight deadlines.
  • Technically proficient, with strong Excel and MS Office skills; experience with industry software (e.g., Hometrack, Molior, Rightmove, ONS) is desirable.
  • A clear communicator, confident in producing reports and presenting findings.
  • Collaborative, able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Experience of utilising datasets and presenting statistical analysis is desirable. Knowledge or a keen interest in the property industry will be an advantage, but we welcome applications from candidates with strong analytical and administrative skills from other sectors.
