Female Assistant Support Worker - Aysgarth

Part-time - 15 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £12.60

Join us atAysgarth, a warm and welcoming 3-bedroom supported living service where we support two incredible adults with learning disabilities and social care needs. Our dedicated team provides 24-hour, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s unique needs-including sleep-in shifts.

We’re looking for compassionate, confident, and capable Female Assistant Support Workers to become part of our close-knit team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help with personal care, medication, health appointments, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and community engagement. You’ll also be a calm and reliable presence in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those we support.

About You

No previous experience in care? No problem! We provide a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
