    Assistant Support Worker - Kite House

    Full-time (37.5 hours) available

    Hourly Rate: £12.60

    We currently have an opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Assistant Support Worker at our supported living service (Kite House) for people with learning disabilities in High Wycombe.

    Kite House is a supported living move-on scheme, currently accommodating five male residents who are highly independent. Our dedicated team operates primarily with lone working staff on most shifts, ensuring personalised support for our service users.

    We are currently seekingcompassionate, confident, and competent Assistant Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will support service users with medication administration, attending health appointments, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and engaging with the local community. You’ll also play a key role in managing and escalating emergency situations with calm professionalism.

    About You

    No previous experience in care? No problem! We provide a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.

    It is essential that you are happy to do sleep-ins. (an allowance for £52.78 per sleep in is paid)
