    Assistant Support Worker - 234A College Road

    Full-time (35 hours) available

    Hourly Rate: £12.60

    Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? 234A College Road, a warm and welcoming 3-bedroom supported living service, is home to three adults with learning disabilities and social care needs. We provide 24-hour care tailored to individuals with a range of support requirements, including Down syndromes, dementia, autistic tendencies, and behaviours that may challenge.

    We are currently seeking a compassionate, confident, and competent Assistant Support Worker to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will support service users with personal hygiene, medication administration, attending health appointments, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and engaging with the local community. You will also play a key role in managing and escalating emergency situations with calm professionalism.

    About You

    No previous experience in care? No problem! We provide a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
