    Assistant Support Worker - Bridgewell

    Full-time - 37.5 hours per week

    Hourly Rate: £12.60

    Join us at our new scheme, Bridgewell, a warm and welcoming supported living service where we support adults with learning disabilities and social care needs.

    We are looking for compassionate, confident, and capable Assistant Support Worker’s to become part of our close-knit team. In this rewarding role, you will help with personal care, medication, health appointments, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and community engagement. You will also be a calm and reliable presence in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those we support.

    About You

    No previous experience in care? No problem! We provide a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.

    We are looking for people who are:

    • Passionate, with a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
    • Able to communicate effectively and adapt to different needs
    • Flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays (2-week rolling rota with shifts of 7am-3pm, 9-5pm & 2pm-10pm)

    Please note: A minimum of one sleep-in per week is required as part of the role, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.

    It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence (manual).
