Are you passionate about empowering others? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Assistant Support Worker to join our team at Napier Close, a vibrant supported living service in Hitchin for individuals with learning disabilities.

Napier Close is more than a building, it’s a community. With 15 modern, self-contained flats and welcoming communal spaces, it’s designed to help residents live independently and thrive.

Your Impact:

• Support daily life skills like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
• Help with medication and wellbeing
• Organise fun trips and activities
• Promote independence and personal goals
• Build meaningful relationships that truly change lives

Shifts include:

• 3pm-11pm + sleep-in (11pm-8am) + 8am-4pm
• 10am-6pm
• 11am-7pm

What We are Looking For:

• Full UK Driving Licence + access to a car
• Flexibility for sleep-ins (minimum one per week)
• Reliability and a passion for making a difference

• Generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year (pro rata), including statutory bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service
• £24,570 pa for a 37.5 hour a week contract
