Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Drayton Parslow, Milton Keynes
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Driving Licence & Car Required

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Assistant Support Worker to join our dedicated team at The Trees, a specialist supported living service for four adults with autism and learning difficulties. Located in the village of Drayton Parslow, The Trees is a place where care meets purpose, and where your support can help individuals live life to the fullest.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities
  • Helping manage finances, attend appointments, and administer medication
  • Encouraging independence through life skills like cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Creating a safe, healthy, and empowering environment
  • Building strong, trusting relationships that make a real impact

What We Are Looking For:

  • A kind-hearted individual who is ready to “be the difference”
  • Someone who values dignity, respect, and inclusion
  • A full UK driving licence holder with access to a car (essential due to location)

Whether you are experienced or just starting out in support work, we will provide the training and guidance you need to succeed.
