Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Rosemont, Princes Risborough
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Support Worker to join our friendly and committed team at Rosemont. Rosemont is a vibrant supported living service in Princes Risborough, supporting adults with learning disabilities.

What You will Do:

As an Assistant Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live as independently as possible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with personal care in a dignified and respectful way
• Aid with the daily administration of medication
• Encouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
• Organise trips to local amenities
• Promoting independence and helping residents achieve their personal goals
• Following tailored support plans and risk assessments to ensure safety and wellbeing
