Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Princes Risborough
Salary: £14,742 per annum
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

As an Assistant Support Worker, you will:

• Support daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
• Build trusting relationships and promote wellbeing
• Follow tailored support plans and risk assessments

No experience? No problem. We will provide full training, a structured induction, and the chance to gain a recognised qualification.

About You

You will be empathetic, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. The role includes working shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (paid £52.78).
