Position: Assistant Support Worker

Salary: £24,570 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

The Role

• Provide sensitive, person-centred support
• Help with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
• Support with personal care
• Build positive, trusting relationships
• Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments

About You

You are empathetic, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role includes rota-based shifts, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (paid £52.78).
