Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our compassionate and collaborative team at Lord Alexander House, supporting individuals with mental health needs to live independently in their own purpose-built homes. We create an inclusive environment where people feel respected, empowered and able to achieve their personal goals.

The Role

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as shopping, budgeting, cooking and maintaining their home
• Build positive, trusting relationships
• Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
• No personal care involved
• Use your car for work to help people stay connected to the community

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Willing to complete sleep-ins (min. one per week, paid £52.78)
