Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Sandhurst
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our caring team at Arch House, a welcoming supported living home for four adults with learning disabilities. We create an inclusive, respectful environment where residents feel supported, empowered and able to live fulfilling, independent lives.

The Role

• Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
• Support with medication, health appointments and daily living tasks
• Help with cooking, cleaning, shopping and community activities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality support
• Stay calm in emergencies to ensure safety and wellbeing

About You

No experience needed - full training and a recognised qualification are provided. You are caring, adaptable and reliable, with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference. You value inclusion and teamwork and can work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
