    Position: Assistant Support Worker
    Location: Sandhurst
    Salary: £9,828 annum
    Hours: Part-time (15 hours per week)

    Join our caring team at 234a College Road, a warm supported living home for three adults with learning disabilities. We work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where each person feels understood, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.

    The Role

    You will:

    • Support with personal care sensitively and respectfully
    • Assist with medication, health appointments and daily living tasks
    • Help with cooking, cleaning, shopping and local community activities
    • Follow personalised support plans and contribute to risk assessments
    • Build positive, trusting relationships and respond calmly in emergencies

    About You

    No previous care experience? That’s absolutely fine - full training, induction and a recognised qualification are provided.

    We are looking for someone who is:

    • Warm, patient and motivated to help others thrive
    • Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
    • Open-minded, supportive and committed to person-centred practice
    • Reliable, encouraging and confident promoting independence
    • Flexible to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays

    A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
