    Position: Assistant Support Worker
    Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
    Salary: £25,506 per annum
    Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

    Join our welcoming team at Seabrook Court, a supported living service offering 20 self-contained flats for adults with learning disabilities. Working collaboratively, we create an inclusive and respectful environment where people feel supported and empowered to live independently.

    The Role

    As an Assistant Support Worker, you will:

    • Provide personal care with dignity and sensitivity
    • Support with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
    • Encourage independence and help residents achieve their personal goals
    • Organise local outings and community activities
    • Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
    • Build positive, trusting relationships that make a real difference

    No Experience? No Problem

    Full training, a structured induction and ongoing support are provided, along with the opportunity to gain an accredited qualification.

    You will be compassionate, reliable and flexible to work shifts across our 24-hour service, and committed to person-centred, inclusive support.

    Shifts:

    • 7am-3pm
    • 2pm-10pm
    • Sleep-in every other weekend (For sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78).
