We are seeking to appoint a member of support staff who shares our school values of Kindness, Respect, Commitment and Inclusivity.
We are seeking to recruit an Attendance Lead to promote, in conjunction with other key school staff, high levels of attendance, to reduce levels of absence and work with children and families. The postholder will lead the attendance team and work alongside the pastoral team on a day to day basis.
The Attendance Lead will be required:
To lead the attendance team to record, monitor and improve whole school attendance in liaison with pastoral staff.
To be proactive in addressing issues of student attendance, with the aim of improving attendance overall and reducing persistent absence.
To follow the local authority child missing in education procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
