B Grade Teaching Assistant

Job introduction

Peter Gladwin is looking to appoint an adaptable, resilient and reflective Teaching Assistant to join our staff team. This role is to work with children with high needs (e.g. with an education health care plan and/or medical needs) as well as to support learning in class and includes delivering individual and group intervention programmes. This would be across the primary age range.

Recent experience of supporting primary aged pupils with a range of needs including ASC, cognition & learning and SEMH is desirable.

Paid weeks per year: 47.36 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Start date: September 2025
