
Bank Support Worker - London
We are looking to recruit zero hour bank workers for our young people scheme, Barnsbury Park N1 1HH. This is a 24/7 supported housing scheme for thirteen 16 and 17 year olds, situated a 5 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station. The service delivers housing related support using a trauma informed approach on subjects including accessing training, education and employment, budgeting, managing a tenancy and independent living skills. This is a Ofsted regulated service with a an emphasis on exemplary safeguarding measures and recording. If successful, you would not be limited to working at Barnsbury Park, we have multiple service across London.

To be a success in this role you’re:
- Able to work on a rota basis, working across a 24/7 shift pattern.
- You’re able to understand and respond to people’s unique needs and desires.
- You’re experienced in providing support to vulnerable individuals.
- You’re able to maintain records, with high levels of attention to detail.
This role will require an enhanced DBS check. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
