Salary: NS11 £39,152 to £40,777 per annum (pro rata for part time hours)
We are now recruiting for a Beacon Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Newark Beacon Centre, ensuring high-quality service delivery to tenants and visitors, while also supporting the wider commercial estate. This includes overseeing operations, managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and efficiency of the property portfolio—all in alignment with the Council’s values of putting residents and customers at the heart of everything we do.

As our new Beacon Centre Manager, you will be at the heart of a busy, high-performing commercial centre, supporting tenants and the wider Estates team. With strong skills in facilities management, operational leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement, you’ll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while contributing to the growth of our commercial property portfolio. Your ability to prioritise tasks, manage staff, resolve issues proactively, and communicate effectively will be key to maintaining our high standards. We’re looking for someone with experience in property or estate management, ideally with knowledge of Commercial leasing, budgeting, and customer-facing services.
