We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and personable Behaviour & Safeguarding Offi cer with the confidence and enthusiasm to support the lead DSL with responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the academy.

We are looking to appoint an officer who:

● Is an excellent communicator

● Has a real understanding of safeguarding and child protection issues and experience working with vulnerable families.
● Loves their job, taking a pride in everything that they do

● Works well in a team, enjoying learning and collaborating with others

● Is motivated to do their very best

● Has excellent organisational skills & enjoys a challenge

● Is able to maintain good relationships with parents and multi-agency networks

● Is willing to play a full part in the life of the school
