The Benefits Department are looking to recruit a Benefits Assessment Officer on a temporary basis to process claims to both Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Support. Previous experience of claim assessment is desirable but not essential.

To be successful in this role you must have very good interpersonal and IT skills. You will also have a confident methodical and organised approach to your workload and team resources.
