We are looking for a warm and friendly Receptionist to join our Family Hub and Community Centre Team at Hatters Space. Working within a restorative and relationship-based culture, you will help ensure the effective running of the Family Hub.
Now is an exciting time to be part of our team as Warwickshire begins to embed our Families First teams who support the young people in our County. Our approach is about locality working, multi disciplinary and multi agency teams that support the whole family. Building strong partnerships with local services, Health, Police and Education.

Key skills and experience required
As an experienced Receptionist, you will be passionate about ensuring every child, family and visitor to the Family Hub are made to feel welcome and supported to access services and support. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure the effective operation of the Family Hub. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Provide a warm welcome to children, families and partner organisations visiting the Family Hub.
- Register individuals and monitor attendance at sessions.
- General health and safety requirements with oversight of senior leaders.
- Complete Family Hub administration and data inputting tasks.
- Navigate visitors to the Family Hub to appropriate services and support or wider Community Centre services.
- Ensure sessions and services are advertised in the Family Hub, using social media platforms, on webpages and print materials as appropriate.
- Monitor and respond to Family Hub email inboxes liaising with appropriate colleagues and services as appropriate.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good ICT skills and experience of handling and processing manual or computerised information.

Salary range
- £26,427 - £26,847 per year
