    Business Administration Apprentice
    Location: Enfield, Greater London, UK
    Salary Range: Level 3 £25,996
    Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term up to 24 months
    Working Week: Full time, 36 hours per week including training.
    Entry requirement: Candidates must have an English and Mathematics GCSE at grade 4 or higher or equivalent. You will be asked to provide evidence of Maths and English certificates.

    The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Business Administration Apprentice to support the seamless operation of our council services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our internal processes run efficiently, enabling us to serve our community effectively. A positive attitude and the ability to maintain direct contact with residents are paramount.
    Key Responsibilities:

    - Direct contact with residents: Act as the first point of contact for Tenants and Leaseholders, addressing their concerns and fostering a supportive relationship.
    - Liaising with teams: Work collaboratively with other teams to seek resolutions to issues raised by residents, ensuring a coordinated approach.
    - Administrative support: Provide administrative support across various departments, including housing and property management.
    - Meeting coordination: Organize meetings, agendas, and take minutes for committees focused on tenancy and leasehold issues.
    - Record maintenance: Maintain and update records and databases for Tenants and Leaseholders.
    - Customer service: Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service to our Tenants and Leaseholders, reflecting a positive and proactive attitude.
