Business and Skills Advisor
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join The Learning Shop team based in Bluewater Shopping Centre in the role of Business and Skills Advisor. This exciting role is centred around generating income against agreed targets, building strong employer relationships, and delivering an outstanding front-line service to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach to employer engagement, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You will be confident working with employers, learners and stakeholders, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience within training, education, employability or employer engagement environments would be advantageous.
The Role:
Where you’ll work: This role is based at The Learning Shop (Bluewater)
Your hours: 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (0.6 FTE), Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday.
Your pay: £15,513.60 pro-rata per annum (£25,856 per annum full time equivalent)
