Job Description

Job Title: Business Support Assistant - Children Looked After Team
Salary: £26,556 per annum
Grade: B
Contract Type: Fixed Term 6 months
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

About the Role

As a Business Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Minuting meetings such as strategy meetings and panels
  • Monitoring a busy inbox
  • Record updating
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Updating trackers by the use of Excel
  • Coordinating children's savings data
  • Completing SAR's
  • Ensuring deadlines met for Review Health Assessments and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaires
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support a service of 5 teams

  • Has ability to plan their work to enable them to meet deadlines
  • Minute Taking skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Works well in a team and also individual working
