
Business Support Officer Triage

We're looking for a proactive and confident Business Support Officer (Triage) to provide a welcoming first point of contact for businesses seeking support.
The Role
Working within the Business Growth team, you'll engage with business owners, understand their needs and help turn initial enquiries into meaningful action, while delivering excellent customer service.
You'll provide administrative and organisational support to programmes and projects, respond to enquiries, help resolve operational issues, and support performance and financial management.
You'll also build positive relationships with businesses, colleagues and external stakeholders, maintain accurate information across business and CRM systems, coordinate diaries and meetings, and research targeted information to help businesses overcome challenges.
