At Litslade Farm, our registered care home in Newton Longville, we support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, - and we are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our residents with their day-to-day needs, including:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Mealtimes and social activities
- Attending appointments and supporting health and wellbeing
- Encouraging independence through shopping, cooking, and household tasks
- Promoting confidence and life skills in a safe, respectful environment
You will follow personalised support plans and work closely with each individual to help them achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.
