Position: Care Assistant
Location: Buckingham
Salary: £13.08 per hour
Hours: Part-time (15, 22.5 & 30 hours per week)

Join our caring team at Old Barn Close, a warm and inclusive home supporting four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities. We work together to create a respectful, supportive environment where every person feels valued and empowered to live life on their own terms.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Support with mealtimes, personal care and daily routines
• Encourage participation in meaningful activities such as music and art
• Assist with appointments, shopping and household tasks
• Help organise outings and community involvement
• Build positive, trusting relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Complete sleep-ins as part of your rota

About You

You are compassionate, enthusiastic and committed to helping others thrive. You communicate clearly, respect individuality and work well as part of a team. You are flexible with shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Care experience is helpful but not essential-full training is provided.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
