We’re looking to recruit a Care Worker to join our dynamic team, and this could be you!
The role will involve supporting people with all identified needs to promote their safety, wellbeing, and quality of life. This includes providing one-to-one support to enable individuals to participate in activities of their choice, attending appointments, maintaining accurate electronic records and monitoring charts, undertaking light domestic duties, and working collaboratively with the manager, colleagues, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for people living at New House.
